The apartment is in a very quiet family condominium. Excellent for studying or resting. The entire apartment will be available to the guest(s). Living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, private parking space. NON-SMOKING PLEASE BE QUIET AND RESPECT GOOD MANNERS. Constant entry and exit of visitors is prohibited. Guest access The entire apartment. Exclusive for guests. Balcony, dining room, kitchen, internal laundry in the apartment itself, bathrooms, suite, bedroom, an exclusive covered parking space for the guest without the need for a reservation. Rules of good manners such as silence at night (8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.), and cleaning in general, garbage in the trash cans and bags that are available in the apartment. If the guest leaves the apartment in an inadequate condition or breaks household utensils and appliances, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, as well as the amount corresponding to the broken household appliance/utensil for replacement.
