Charming Quiet Duplex in Avondale

This beautiful 1:1 is situated on a street that ends in a park from there you can walk to the Shoppes of Avondale for a bite to eat. You have a full bathroom, a mini kitchen -fully outfitted, and a full bedroom with a walk-in closet. You’ll be sharing a washer and dryer and parking is on the street. However, you have your own outdoor seating to enjoy. During your stay I live in the neighborhood, only four houses up the street so if you there is anything you need I am very prompt to respond.
