Independent 65 m2 apartment located in our courtyard. Sleeps 2. (Couple or 2 people for business stay). Quiet place in the Picardy countryside. The accommodation is located 10 km from Haute Picardie TGV station, close to the A1 and A29 motorways, close to Péronne, Roye, Nesle and Chaulnes. The space On the ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), living room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Beds made on arrival and towels. Parking space in the courtyard. Other things to note Cleaning is not included in the price. So you have to do it before you leave. (Cleaning, dishes, put the closed household garbage bag in the entrance to the property...) No WIFI.
