The space The Sanctuary is a nice size 4 bedroom 2 bath home with two living area and a wonderful size private back porch. The property sit on 8 Acres which a least 4 of those acres are accessible. There is plenty of space for children to play and families to gather. The house sits off of the road and surrounded by fencing which gives you the privacy you need. Guest access You have access to the hot tub and fire pit. Only if the host is available and for extra fees you may access to the Sweat lodge. Other things to note Why did I choose to Airbnb my home and workplace? The Sanctuary is two years in the making. I bought this property in October 2022. She was abandoned for 5 years by the previous owners. It took me two years of all my savings to create a place worth living and serving others. Though it’s not perfect, it’s perfectly imperfect like us all. Though she was desolate I saw a vision to create a place where veterans, women and children could come to heal from past trauma. I served in the Army for 21 years and I’ve been retired for 15 years. I traveled the world in search of holistic ways of healing without dependency of medication. So in a quick nut shell Airbnb helps me to raise money to finish creating a retreat space for the community. I have many more projects ahead of me and funding is needed.
