A quaint 1924 Bungalow with 2 bedrooms and one bath. Both rooms have dressers and hangers. The living room has one fold down futon couch as well as a heated electric fireplace. The basement has a kids playroom and has a fold down futon sofa. The home is ready for vacation in the Upper Peninsula. In a quiet neighborhood that is close to the park, shopping , restaurants and the hospital. The space The entire place is available for your use. We have internet as well as Roku (streaming) and Sling on the television. Board games are located in the bottom of the China cabinet. Well behaved dogs allowed.at $35 per pet with a max of two pets. No other animals allowed. Guest access The basement is also available for use. We have a kids toys, tv , futon, treadmill, mini trampoline and a table with chairs available for use. Other things to note We also own the vacant lot to the right of the driveway. It is a beautiful location. There are several deer that pass through the property.
