This unique home requires physical ability to access the bedroom [Via Ladder], the home, as well as the upper and lower deck. Please consider the accessibility before reserving. Guest access The property is open for the guests to use, including the shed and gazebo. Fishing poles, gear, inflatable paddle boards and kayaks are available for guests Guests are restricted from accessing the boat and lower boat house portion of the home. Other things to note Guest must be over the age of 21.
