The lake-view front room flows into the living room, offering a spanning panoramic view of the lake and park - all throughout the living area, sun room and front bedroom. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, easy access to filtered water in the refrigerator door, and access to outdoor back porch. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the flat, connected by the hall and living areas. The living room has two large couches (with removable back cushions). A roll-away twin bed is also available to add an additional single bed in either bedroom or living area. Per City of Madison regulations, only 4 total adult guests are allowed in the flat. Up to 2 children are welcome with adult guests. Guest access You will enjoy the entire first floor flat during your stay. WiFi, 1 off-street parking spot, cable TV & Apple TV are all included.
