Description
Little Manor Barn Annex offers a comfortable and convenient guest space for two people, set in the beautiful countryside of the Test Valley in Hampshire. The Annex is detached from the main house with its own parking and access. Longstock is a peaceful country village with a fantastic pub, the Peat Spade Inn, a 4-minute walk from Little Manor Barn. The picturesque little town of Stockbridge, which has a large number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive away. The space The guest room and bathroom are comfortable and modern, with a super king-sized bed and large shower. Downstairs there is a seating area with a sofa and Smart TV, and a breakfast bar with a kettle, toaster and fridge. Please note there is no oven or microwave. Milk, tea and coffee are provided. WiFi is available at the property. Guest access You will have the Annex all to yourself. It is completely separate from the main house with its own parking. We will send you the code for the key lock box the day before your stay. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Other things to note We have a little dog - Purdey - who you might see roaming around outside. She may bark a little when she sees you, but she’s super friendly and always keen for a stroke! The Annex is completely separate to the main house, with its own parking and entrance, but please be aware that Little Manor Barn is our family home, so there will be the usual comings and goings you would expect - leaving / arriving to and from work and school etc. This should not affect your stay in any way, but hopefully it gives you a picture of our set-up here! We ask that you kindly do not smoke or vape inside the Annex, and no pets please! Due to our rural location, our internet can sometimes be a little temperamental. We suggest bringing a torch if you plan to walk to the pub.
