A refundable damage deposit is required in advance of your stay of £250, in accordance with our terms and conditions. This deposit helps ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standard for all guests. Please note that bookings made through Airbnb are covered by Airbnb’s AirCover program and are therefore exempt from this requirement. The damage deposit will be refunded promptly after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. If anything is broken on arrival, please report to the property manager. 3. Please be respectful of other people in the surrounding apartments and keep noise levels to a minimum. 4. No pets allowed. 5. Please refrain from putting wipes (even flushable ones!) down the toilets.
