"Chez Charlette et Raymond" Country cottage

✨ Please read the entire description✨ Welcome to Chez Charlette and Raymond. We welcome you to this former farmhouse that is proud of our family heritage. You will be seduced by the charm of the beams and old-fashioned stones in this country house in the equally charming little village of Braux. The space It is possible to access two entrances: the main one is located by the staircase at the front of the house and the second is located at the back of the single-story house. The gîte is the right side only, from the staircase. The house consists of a warm living/dining area with a wood-burning stove in its center. On each side of this stove, two doors that give access to the first two bedrooms. Both are equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed where sheets are provided. They also have a large storage/dressing area. Along the living room is the fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, TASSIMO coffee machine). It also has plenty of storage where you can find everything you need to cook and eat. A fondue set and a raclette set are available. The door on the left in the kitchen gives you access to the bathroom and toilet (grinder) which are in the same room. A small window gives access to the outside land behind the house where there is no one opposite. The door to the right of the kitchen gives you access to the laundry room where a washing machine is at your disposal. The door provides access to the outside/back of the house. Upstairs is the mezzanine as well as a small workspace if you want to use it as such. There is also the third bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed where sheets are provided. Plenty of storage is also available in this room. The house has a large and spacious plot and outdoor garden where there is no one opposite. Tranquility, rest and disconnection assured! Guest access You have access to the whole house. Only 3 accesses are locked inside (the attic upstairs, the large living room upstairs which is under renovation as well as the storage room located in the laundry room). Other things to note 🌸 WELL-BEING MOMENT 🌸 ✨ You can book an Ayurvedic massage (women only) or an energy treatment (women and children) with me at least 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival at the cottage ✨ Feel free to ask me for more information via messaging ☺️ Check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on whether this is rented before or after you. I'll let you know when this happens. Outdoor spaces are not fenced. We accept pets under certain conditions. Please specify any inquiries about this through messaging. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are available from April to September. We put it away for the rest of the year. We provide logs to operate the wood burning stove. The stove is functional from October to April. It is not possible to use it outside of this period. HELPFUL INFO: - 15 min drive to all amenities: supermarkets, tobacco shop, hospital and emergency service, post office, pharmacy... located in Semur-en-Auxois. - 10 min drive to the A6 highway (Bierre-les-Semur toll)
