Woodstock Modern Mountain Cabin

Breathe in the mountain air and instantly relax in this 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2000 sq ft modern cabin located 1400 ft above Woodstock, NY. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails on the wrap-around deck or in front of the wood burning fireplace. The 3-story, renovated house is airy, bright and filled with sunlight and views of Woodstock and the valley below. Nestled in the woods, you can observe the local birds and wildlife or roast marshmallows at the fire pit in the deer-fenced garden. The space You enter onto the main floor (2nd floor)which has deck access, living room, kitchen, dining room and the half bath and washer and dryer. There is a touch down desk in the den/dining room. Upstairs on the top floor (3rd floor) you will find the three bedrooms (king, queen, queen) and a full bath. This floor also has a landing that has a desk for work from home. The bottom floor (1st floor) has a room with a queen sized sofa bed as well as an attached full bathroom. There is a sliding glass door for this room. There is a storage room and the boiler room on this floor as well. There is a ground level entrance to the storage room too. The deck is attached to the 2nd floor and has the grill, dining and sofa and chairs. The cushions are stored on the deck near the bbq. There is a gate that can be shut to keep children and dogs on the deck. We also have a magnetic screen that a dog can use to exit onto the deck if the sliding glass door is open. The deer fenced yard is nearby, accessible from the parking area. There are stairs down to the fire pit. Other things to note We live on a mountain and access to our house is via a private road with a steep hill. My husband plows, but even with plowing, you will need 4 wheel drive and/or snow tires if it snows. Our hill is steep.
