Close to Benenden Girls School and Benenden HealthTrust Hospital and The Oak Barn Wedding Venue. The space 'The Cottage' is a detached single floor barn conversion, tucked away down a private track. A large lawned area in front of the cottage with a private parking area. There is also a stoned patio area to the side of the cottage with a small private lawned garden area. The building is brick and timber framed with feature wooden beams within the property, some of which are quite low, including the entrance door, so please be careful if you are tall. Guest access Access is via the main front entrance door to 'The Cottage'. The key is held in a secure key box adjacent to the patio doors, to left-hand side of the property. N.B. The key box code will be provided on your final check-in email. N.B.B. The key is for the bottom lock of the front door. There is also a key to the top lock inside the property, please leave this key in the lock when you are in the property. This is for your addition security. Other things to note Explore nearby Leeds Castle or Bodiam Castle or visit Sissinghurst Gardens. The Beach is just 30 mins away at Rye and Camber sands. Tenterden (4 miles away) boasts many tea rooms and main supermarkets (Waitrose and Tesco stores), you will also find the East Sussex & Kent Steam Railway line with trips to Bodium Castle on a Victorian Steam Train. We are well positioned for some wonderful rural pubs and walks and nearby Hemsted Forest (entrance footpath just across the road). The location is perfect for a peaceful break with family or friends.
