Cosy Room in House w/ parking + easy train access

Ideal for someone looking for a nice room for the night when visiting Leeds. I live alone, so it would just be me and my dog Lomu (Labrador 1yr old) who will be staying at the property. He's very friendly and calm with other dogs and people Pet friendly. Happy for your pet to sleep in the bed or there's space for a crate downstairs. I have a cleaner in once a week, but while I guarantee the room will be spotless the rest of the house will be clean but likely untidy due to the Pup :) During your stay I'd be staying at the house in the spare room or elsewhere depending on the booking
