Facing the Biellesi mountains, located in the silent ad green Pollone, not far from the famous Parco Burcina (rhododendrons valley), a few kilometres from Oropa with her famous Black Mother accessible even by E-bike. The house has a double view, one of the mountains and the other of the landscape of Biellese; during the sunset it has a beautiful view of the Monviso mountain. The property is fully fenced and it is possible to park >4 cars: 2 in the garage and 2 or more outside. The space The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor the fireplace is the core and the center of the huge living room, next to the fully equipped kitchen; a master room with a private bathroom (with a bathtub) completes the floor. Connected to the living room you can find a large patio where you can enjoy your meals outdoor and watch the scenery. The first floor has got 2 bedrooms, 1 with two single beds and the other with a king bed, a bathroom with a shower, all connected by a loft with a large desk where you can work.
