Guest access Entire house, except garage. Other things to note The garage is not accessible to guests. Guests can park on the driveway and parking space parallel to the street. Michiana Shores ordinances must be complied with. No parties where people other than the actual renters are invited. Absolutely no fireworks, strictly adhere to the town quiet hours (8pm-8am), respect the concerns of neighbors, no illegal activities of any kind, no yard sales or merchandising, no rental where the principle person is under the age of 25. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes. Dogs should be refrained from excessive barking. Dogs must be leashed when outside all the time (due to various wild animals in the woods dogs could chase them and get out of property onto the public road, which is a safety concern). Put out the fire completely afterthe fire pit is used. Please help to preserve the quiet and peaceful environment that draws us to this magical place.
