The space Although this townhouse is located so close to everything, you will feel like you are worlds away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. It is quiet and tranquil with views of the beautiful mountains of northern Utah. Guest access The entire place will be yours. No sharing spaces with anyone other than your people. The small two car garage is not the only place to park. There is additional parking in the community parking lot, and if those are full, additional free parking is available on the street. Other things to note There is a small two car garage for parking (I mean pretty small) will accommodate most cars, small trucks, smaller SUV’s, and mini vans. There is also parking around the unit but those spaces are first come first serve and can be like trying to find front row parking at a Taylor Swift concert, well not that bad, but there will always be free parking on the street if you need more space.
