Relax away from the crowds at this cute and peaceful cottage on the quietside of Mount Desert Island, minutes from Acadia National Park. Cook breakfast and enjoy the waterview, spend the day exploring Acadia & MDI, then retreat to your home away from home to sit on the deck and watch the stars. There are two bedrooms, three TVs with Rokus, and WiFi. Located 5-10 minutes from the closest beaches and Acadia access. You can get to most spots on the island in under 30 minutes, including Bar Harbor. The space - full kitchen with brand new appliances, all the pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need for cooking, plus a coffee maker, kureg, and toaster oven. - living room includes comfy couch, TV, puzzles, board games, coloring books, a dining area, a small library with guide books, novels, kids books and more. - first floor bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress, closet, two dressers, desk, TV, sound machine, fan, and room darkening curtains. - second floor bedroom has one full size bed and one twin size bed, new mattresses, two dressers, small desk, chairs, TV, sound machine, fan, and room darkening curtains. - full bathroom has new fixtures in the combined tub and shower, and new toilet. - outside deck with patio seating and tables. - small yard with apple trees, beach roses, thyme growing, and a view of Goose Cove. Guest access You have access to the entire house and yard. There is parking behind the house and space for two cars to park if needed. Other things to note The second floor is one large bedroom with slanted ceilings and the staircase is steep and narrow. Those with mobility issues might have difficulty accessing upstairs. However, the master bedroom with a queen bed is easily accessible on the first floor.
