Our self-contained flat offers a spacious retreat, featuring a large separate bedroom and open living area. Embrace the serenity of our rural setting, where farm-fresh eggs are a delightful addition to your stay. Whether you are seeking solitude or adventure, our space provides the perfect sanctuary for your Northern Territory getaway. The space The flat is located on the grounds of our property and is filled with natural light. The space has a large main bedroom which leads out onto a patio area overlooking the tropical gardens and natural bush, perfect for outdoor dining, to enjoy your mornings or simply relax at the end of the day and watch the sunset. There is a large open plan living room complete with a lounge and television. Large kitchen area with all your basic appliances as well as an outdoor cooking area. It also has parking, a bathroom and an inside laundry, fully air-conditioned, complete with ceiling fans. Local shops are just a short 5-minute drive away, plus the vibrant Fred's Pass local markets take place every Saturday from 8am to 1pm. Rural Eats on a Wednesday night at Fred’s Pass features local food vans and live music from 5-9pm. Unpowered Camping and Caravan sites are also available. We are pet friendly to friendly pets, however they are not permitted to be left unattended, please speak to us further upon booking. Guest access The entire flat is available to guests and the flat is set on a 5 acre property block. Other things to note We provide specialised on-site servicing for cars, caravans, trailers and boats. Our off-grid location means that there is no Wi-Fi in the flat, however there is excellent phone service coverage with Telstra. We have plenty of room available and have the ability to house campers in addition to the air bnb accomodation.
