The living room has a comfy sofa-seat with a love-couch and six-seater dining table overlooking the open-concept kitchen. There is a hot-shower bathroom with separate toilet that has running water 24/7. Toiletries are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a 3+1 gas-electric standing cooker with a baking oven. Plus a secure patio and two-car parking space. The home has a perimeter fence and two-entrace well-lit security gates manned 24/7 by hawk-eyed security men.
