This spacious lake house is located in a quiet, deep water cove, close to the scenic Smith Mountain Lake Dam. Enjoy our two kayaks. The outdoor space has large wooded trees for complete privacy, including an expansive deck, screen porch and fire pit. Inside the house includes open kitchen, great room, dining room, open vaulted high ceilings that looks out to the lake. Downstairs includes perfect game room for kids including tvs, arcade games, basketball hoop, and more. The space Come enjoy our lake home with your whole family! Our house is perfectly situated in a peaceful cove, perfect for your kids to spend the day swimming. Our dock are is ready for you to enjoy with floats and kayaks. Guest access Entire home is available except for 2 small owners closets (in laundry room and under the stairs on lower level). Guests may not use owner's boat and boat lift. However, guests may use sides of dock to tie own boat. Boat ramp is available in the neighborhood. Other things to note Please note: Cleaning fee includes all linens for all 5 beds (3 kings, 2 singles) and towels for all guests.
