On the property, we have a number of outdoor games including a ping pong table, corn hole, volleyball, & badminton. For rainy days, you can curl up with a good book, puzzle or board game. Nature lovers will delight in the abundant wildlife that surrounds the property. Whether you’re watching deer graze, turkeys walk about, or spotting a variety of birds throughout the day, you’ll feel connected to nature. We even have a resident Bald Eagle family! Our house is part of the new welcoming neighborhood, Patriot Pointe, that boasts an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Enjoy a barbecue at the pavilion with the outdoor kitchen/blackstone grill, or challenge friends to a game of Pickleball. Families with children will appreciate the playground, while fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of the excellent fishing spots nearby, including the fully stocked pond near pavilion. We even have temporary boat storage in the neighborhood as well as access to docks. We do have a 4 seat golf cart available to rent if desired.
