This spacious single-family house is perfect for families looking for comfort, tranquility and an ideal base to explore the Netherlands. The master bedroom features a spacious double bed and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed – ideal for a child. The third bedroom has a single bed or crib (in consultation). All rooms are bright, neatly decorated and have a quiet look for a good night's sleep. Downstairs you will find a spacious and cozy living room with a comfortable sitting area, smart TV and high speed WiFi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can easily cook for yourself here and enjoy meals at the large dining table overlooking the garden. The garden is child friendly and sunny, with a terrace where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a good book. For families with young children there are a high chair, a cot and some toys available. Practical matters have also been thought of: there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as free parking in front of the door. The location of the house is really unique. Almere Noorderplassen is known for its nature, peace and water. Within walking distance you will find the Noorderplassenbos and various hiking and biking trails. You can also can do canoeing, boating or bird watching. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby, as well as a small beach. Yet the city is never far away. By car or public transport, you'll be in the center of Amsterdam in 30 minutes. Other nice outings are also easily accessible, such as the Muiderslot, the historic town of Naarden, the Oostvaardersplassen, Batavia Stad outlet, and even the Zaanse Schans. Guest access In consultation, we are happy to make two or three bedrooms available, together with the cozy living room, the sunny garden, the bathroom and the laundry room in the attic. The remaining rooms are private and remain enclosed.
