Villa in scenic Nybrostrand with walking distance to mile-long beach, golf course, pizzeria, mini-market (open 24/7). The house is in a quiet area where the private backside connects to a large green area. Modern house (built in 2019) with modern amenities and fully-equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom on each floor (one with shower and one with bathtub). Open-plan living room and kitchen with exit to the front. Wi-Fi is available (fiber 100/100) as well as office space. The space The house has two outdoor seating: Wonderful private back facing east with sun from morning to afternoon and unobstructed view of large green area. Sofa with coffee table and armchair as well as a sailcloth. Front of the house in the west with sofa, evening sun, dining table and parasol. In the house there are 5 bedrooms with 7 beds, other requests after contact. Distribution of sleeping places according to: Upstairs; Bedroom 1 - 90 cm bed + 90 cm pull-out extra bed Bedroom 2 - 180cm bed Bedroom 3 - 90cm bed Bedroom 4 - 90cm bed Downstairs: Office room/bedroom 5 - There is the possibility to set up a 90-cm bed. If a 180 cm bed is desired, it can be solved if one of the bedrooms upstairs is not used. Other things to mention: To the house there is a large charcoal grill and stovetop with gas station for cooking outside. TV with Chromecast is available in the living room and the family room upstairs, note: no TV channels are available but must be streamed with the app via Wi-Fi. Driveway with room for 3 cars. Nice walking and cycling track down to fantastic sandy beach and outdoor swimming. Ystad golf course is within walking and cycling distance and into Ystad's entire range it is about 7 km with a nice bike path all the way. For nature lovers, there are nice hiking trails nearby (Skåneleden), explore the surrounding landscape on foot and discover forests, meadows, sea and Hammar's slopes. The coast along Nybrostrand towards Kåseberga there are good fishing opportunities. Nybrostrand is called the gateway to Österlen with proximity to its variety of food and culture.
