The space is suitable for a family. Please note the second bedroom has a comfortable fold out double bed that can easily tuck away to allow a baby bassinet or convert the room to a study. On request this can be arranged. Internally we have a small washing machine and sink in the laundry cupboard. The building also has plenty of excellent communal clothes lines tucked away at the rear of the block next to manicured gardens and a path leading to the shops. There is a lock up garage that can be arranged by request. Other things to note We are a close knit and quiet block and we are friends with the neighbours. Next door have small children. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing or somewhere to entertain a family on the balcony for dinner this is suitable but extra guests and parties are strictly not allowed.
