Walking distance from Walden school, Lake Ave shops, restaurants. Hardwood floors throughout. Updated: Toaster, microwave, French press coffee maker, and fully stocked renovated kitchen, cozy beds, a garden back yard, stylish bathroom with shower and bath. The space *Fully stocked light filled kitchen- toaster, microwave, French press, spices, dishes, pots & pans, built-in breakfast nook, white quartz countertop, french provincial pendant light, dishwasher & laundry unit *magical secret garden back yard- mature fig tree, outdoor seating and outdoor shower * 2 bedrooms with hardwood floors- one bedroom with a queen size bed facing the front yard and a beautiful bedroom with a twin size bed facing the garden. * 1 full beautiful bathroom with vintage clawfoot bathtub and shower *no TV Neighborhood- Safe, beautiful and quiet. walking distance from - Vons, Rosebud coffeeshop, restaurants by car- minutes away from- Caltech, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Wholefoods, Erewhon, Huntington Gardens, Old Town Pasadena (restaurants, movie theater, salons) Public transportation- within biking distance from Sierra Madre Villa Metro Station on the Gold Line. Guest access The guests have access to the whole house except for the garage, locked closets and shed. Note: The closets in the bedrooms and living room will be locked and are not available for use by guests. But there is plenty of free storage - bedroom dresser and build in drawers in the bed frame available for guests to use. Other things to note This is our family home and we have a child so expect children's toys and a LOT of picture books but be mindful that we are NOT a childproof house. We have a lot of small things that are in the play room as well as the book shelf that may be choking hazards. Please be mindful and book at your own discretion. The dresser in the kids room is small and not anchored. This is a no shoes indoor house - please remove shoes when indoors. The fireplace is not functional - please do not light. The sun room door is not functional - please exit and enter through the side door. We do sometimes get spiders and ants in the house because of the lush yard. We have ant traps that we set out to manage this from time to time. We keep the house clean and maintained but this is something that sometimes happen. If this is not something that you want to ever encounter in your stay, it may not be the right place for you. Thank you! For extra guests beyond 3, it is an additional $40/day. Pets - $30/day fee.
