Swan Valley Farm Stay - Sola Gratia Country Stay

Sola Gratia Country Stay is a modern rustic home, set in the beautiful countryside of Bullsbrook. The home is set low in the valley and has its own magnificent dam which is a beautiful centerpiece to the tranquility of the property. The space Our property offers a true Australian Country Farm Stay, we are an ideal holiday for families and/or couples looking for a short getaway. We are also pet friendly. We have kangaroo's roaming freely on the paddocks, ducks swimming on the dam, sheep, alpaca's, and a donkey All the animals are friendly and approachable. Guest can interact with the animals within their own timeframe. Owners will supply self-guided feeding opportunities for guests to do at their own convenience. Owners live on the property in a separate dwelling. We are very separate from the accommodation, but easily accessible if needed. We DON’T host event/functions/parties, so please do not book if this is your intention. If terms & conditions are breached, guests will be billed and asked to leave. Guest access Guests access the property on the day of the booking after 2:30pm. Directions and location of the key will be send the day before or day of check in. On bookings of 4 people, the Main House will be prepared. On bookings over 4 people, the Entire House will be prepared. Main House: The Main House is an open living design and includes a private room with Queen Bed + Single Bed, a loft with x2 King Single Beds and trundles. A nursery with cot is now available along with two portable cots. The Main House has a large bathroom with double basins, shower and toilet. The open area has dining for 6-8ppl, a living room with fire place, and a lounge with reclining couches, a large TV and DVD facilities. The kitchen and scullery are fully equipped and include; a large oven and stove top, rangehood, dishwasher, fridge, and a large range of equipment. On bookings of 4ppl the Main House is prepared, unless specific needs of the group are discussed with the owner. Access to the Couples Retreat will not be available unless the needs of the group are discussed prior to the booking and it is agreed this room will be prepared. Teenagers Retreat: This is a separate room off the garage, it has a double bed, heating/cooling and includes the washing machine for the property. The preparation of this bed needs to be requested. The laundry is available for all bookings. Couples Retreat: This is a uniquely designed hexagon room with a King Bed + Futon. It has its own bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. The room has TV & DVD facilities. This area is separated from the Main House by a door. On booking the Entire House (guests over 4), this door is open to allow access to the Couples Retreat. Note: The owners live on site in a different dwelling, separate from the accommodation. The owners can be contacted during the stay should this be needed. Other things to note Please note there is limited wifi signal. We can't promise a signal will be available during your stay.
