Noojee Unique Barn Top

Escape from the city and enjoy nature in our barn top retreat. Our unique room is on the top level of a rustic barn with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and basic breakfast facilities (toaster, kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge). This cozy room is perfect for resting after a day of exploring Gippsland or Mt Baw Baw. This is a motel style room, please note that there is no microwave, stove or sink in the kitchen area. We are on tank water so please be mindful of that. The space The Barn top is like a motel room it has private access up a flight of stairs, is has a queen bed, tv, split system heating and cooling, sitting area, coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. Coffee cups, wine glass, plates, bowls and cutlery. It has its own ensuite, towels and bedding are supplied. The Barn top does not have a kitchen as it is like a motel room. Guest access You can park on the concrete in front of the barn, please be mindful that it is a two car park area. Go up the ramp and walk up the stairs to your door and put in the code you have been giving. You can use the deck chairs that are provided. For a short cut if you want to walk to the Noojee pub or the Red Duck cafe follow the driveway down past the house and walk along the fence line to the right, that will lead you to Old Noojee Rd Other things to note We are in the bush, some times you might find that bugs and spiders will come and say hello, there is spray under the sink in the bathroom. There are also other animals around, wallaby’s, dear, (snakes not that we have seen any). Please be mindful we are on tank water.
