The space Our spacious LOFT SUPERIOR APARTMENTS are 40m2 in size and offer a bright, open-plan living atmosphere for anyone who wants to enjoy urban "free space". They are suitable for 1-4 people. The sleeping area can be separated from the rest of the living area by a discreet curtain solution, giving you the privacy you need wherever you are. End the day in peace on the balcony or terrace. Here you can feel at home sooner or later. Our SUPERIOR LOFTS are equipped with modern and light-coloured furniture. You live in a large living and sleeping area. The fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob (4 hotplates), oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge with 3* freezer compartment offers space for culinary development and has a dining area for 4 people. The separate bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin with shelf. It also has 2 flatscreen TVs. The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate laundry room in the basement of the building. The elegant, high-quality kitchen with a full range of cookware and crockery leaves nothing to be desired. It offers everything you need for cooking, baking or "bavarian brotzeitl'n". Enjoy your favourite dishes here. For additional cleanliness, an optional intermediate cleaning service can be booked as required (€75 per intermediate cleaning service).
