Warren Homestead

This unique 1800's farm house is located near Bluffton, OH. The house sits on a working row crop farm. Enjoy watching machinery working local ground, planting and harvesting crops. The quiet Homestead allows for cozy winters cuddled up by the fireplace. There is a large yard for guests to enjoy time outside. Located 5 miles west of the Homestead, enjoy several local restaurants and shopping opportunities in downtown Bluffton. Warren Homestead is also located near Ada, Lima and Findlay. The space Walking into the dining room from the garage, you will have a space where up to 6 guests can enjoy time catching up at the dining room table. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room has two more additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with the basic necessities to make a home cooked meal. Off the dining room, you will find a quaint laundry room with full access to the washer and dryer. As you leave the kitchen, you enter a family room with a cozy gas fireplace. You can snuggle on the sectional while watching a movie. There is a sitting room off of the living room perfect for reading and playing games. You will find the bathroom downstairs off the living room. The cozy bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The shower has a seat and hand rails, if needed. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, dresser, and night stand. Upstairs you will find two furnished bedrooms each with a full size bed, dresser with mirror, night stand, and closets. The third bedroom has a dresser and closet but does not have a bed. You may bring an air mattress or sleeping bags for additional sleeping. The yard is perfect for playing football, croquet, etc. or just to walk around and enjoy nature. The out buildings are off limits to our guests. Guest access Guest access is limited to the house, garage and yard. All out buildings are off limits. Guests can park in the garage or on the driveway leading into the garage. Upon arrival you will find posted signs that will indicate where there is no parking permitted. This is to allow access for farm equipment that may be entering or exiting during your stay. Other things to note Upon booking confirmation, you will be asked for your personal email. This allows us to send our contract to you. The check-in information will be sent to you following the receipt of signed contract. Your email will not be used for any other purposes.
