You'll find all the amenities you need for a home away from home. This home has 4 bedrooms available for guests, 2 full and 1 half baths. Ground Floor: On the first floor you will find an open living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area that seats 6, large laundry room, and a half bath. The sliding doors lead out to the beautiful view of Mallard Lake. Backyard is fenced in with seating on patio area. ALL bedrooms are on 2nd floor and feedback has been received that stairs are steep for some guest. 2nd Floor: Master Suite- king sized bed with ensuite bathroom shower/tub combo, closet, and tv. Please note this bed is very high off and we have provided a stool for entry onto the bed. Guest Room- Queen sized bed, closet, and tv Guest Room - Queen sized bed, dresser, peloton, closet, and TV Office Room- Full sized futon, TV, and office desk/chair. Full bathroom- shower/tub combo Guest access 2 days before your stay, you will receive a direct message from either the host/co-host detailing check in! Other things to note We do not allow gatherings or parties or any kind at our property. Before checking out, please collect all trash and place into the bin located on the outside of the garage. Please make sure that all used dishes are loaded into the dish washer and start the wash cycle. Make sure that all clothes are removed from washing machine/dryer. Place all used towels and wash clothes into the tub upon leaving.
