House in the Alpha I condominium - Private Infinity

House located in a condominium with security, lakes with ducks, chlorinated and natural pools, court and access to a waterfall. Walled and dog-friendly backyard. The house has a suite with a split air-conditioner and two bedrooms with ceiling fans. Open and fully equipped kitchen, garage for two cars, laundry and garden with space for playing and stargazing and fireflies. The space is ideal for renewing energy and enjoying with friends and family. It is a home for family, friends, plants, and animals :) The space The house has an integrated living room with an open kitchen; an en-suite with split air-conditioning and a ceiling fan; a double bedroom with TV, Chromecast and ceiling fan; a third bedroom with a double bed, TV and ceiling fan. We have 2 good single mattresses if there are 8 guests. The guest bathroom is in the hallway. Ampla front porch and garage, plus a kitchen porch and another in the suite. The garden has a shower and space for stargazing and fireflies. I provide simple bedding. I don't provide towels because they are a very personal item. It is a house that provides comfort and integration to nature, family, friends, plants and animals. Local to build good memories of time with those who do us well :) Guest access The house is located in a condominium with a chlorinated pool, a natural pool, access to a waterfall, lakes with ducks, a playground, a concierge and security. Other things to note The reservation can only be made by sending the identity documents of all guests up to 72 hours before check-in, as well as the license plate, for clearance at the front desk. I don't provide towels. I provide simple bed linen. Please do not forget to include all guests (including dogs) in the reservation. 🐾 Pets are welcome! Please let us know at the time of booking. A fee of R$50/day per pet will be applied for minor maintenance in the garden.
