Studio in Coliving Faculties (E06)

This studio has all the amenities you need to live comfortably in Valencia. It has a private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, a kitchenette with all the utensils you need to cook your best dishes, a study/work area and a large storage area (closets) The studio is located in our Coliving Faculties and has several common areas to which you will have free access. Other things to note ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ From September, only full-course bookings (September to June) are accepted. For long stays, a security deposit may be required, which will be returned at the end of your stay. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After accepting the reservation, we will ask by chat for the information we need to create the reservation in our system. It's important that you send this information, without it, the reservation cannot be confirmed in our system. Once we create the reservation, you will receive an email with the copy of the contract so you can read and sign it. For key pick-up: You can check in free of charge by picking up the keys at the office during business hours. Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Outside office hours, on holidays and weekends, check-in costs from €97. Along with the keys, a customer service number will be provided that you can contact if you have any questions or if you need help during your stay. Please note that Airbnb is just a booking channel.
