The shared house feels very quiet and is spacious enough for you to be comfortable in this 3-story house, with a room available for 2 people, with a key for your private and safe access. The space I offer you a fairly spacious house with all the necessary items to make you feel at home. We have a living room with an armchair that will offer you a massage after a tiring day or a rocking chair for a relaxing afternoon. Kitchen equipped so that you can prepare your food according to your taste. Dining for 6 personas. Your room will have enough space for your stay. It will have a hand or machine wash area, you can use the washing machine at no extra cost. The houses in this housing unit usually have their parking lot open in front of each house, it is also our case, the entire garden shown in the photos is our parking lot, it is our property, however it is not fenced/delimited with bars, it is inside the fence. About the avenida you can have at your disposal shops, bakeries, fonda, water purifier and some of these establishments have home delivery service. It is located 10min from HRAEI and 5min from Hospital Leona Vicario. Two squares with various commercial shops and supermarkets 15min, an oxxo 10min walking and aurrera winery 5 minutes more. Opposite the main entrance of the street, there is a taxi site and on the side a combis base that can take you to Mexico City.
