If you have stayed with us before, also ask for discounts. We rent the apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, built-in kitchen and large terrace. We are not a hotel room, but we share with you our space of relaxation with much affection, which has the following: ROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms, in total there are two twin beds. The first main room has a double bed, closet and two bedside tables with lamps; the second room has a bedside table with two beds (the lower one is a double bed, and the upper one is a 1.5 bed; the trundle bed has not been set up yet), a bedside table, lamp and closet. All beds have mattress covers and blankets to tuck you in all closets. Sheets are not included. BATHROOM: Bathtub, shower, telephone, hot water (according to thermos capacity), toilet, hair dryer, and the basics. You should bring your own personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap). KITCHEN: Equipped with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, rice cooker, pots, pans, mortar and pestle, cooking boards, cooking knives, cutlery, cutlery, individual, glasses, glasses, cups, plates, utensils for snacking, and the basics for cooking. Toiletries are available for use by housekeeping staff, but feel free to use them if required. DINING ROOM: Table for 6 people, there are single and coasters in the kitchen to take care of the glass. Please inquire about the seasonal schedule (11:00 - 20:00). Season from the second half of December to the first half of March. Pets are not allowed, no picnics, no loud music, no ball games in the pool area. BBQ QUINCHO: You can ask for it at the concierge desk. The barbecues are available every day, in 3 schedules: From Sunday to Thursday (11:00-15:00, 15:00-1900 and 19:30-23:00), and Friday and Saturday more extended (11:00-15:00, 16:00-20:00 and 21:00-01:00). Guest access To access Lomas de Puyai Condominium, you'll need to send me a message with your personal details (name, ID number, and car plate). I'll email the Concierge with this information along with the check-in and check-out dates and times. Once the information is sent, I'll provide the apartment address and coordinate access code. The door currently has a contactless digital lock for guest convenience. Other things to note We share this space with love. We have cleaning staff at the end of each visit, and we supervise the cleaning service to give you the best stay. However, our apartment is not a hotel room, so we can offer you the basics to rest and disconnect in this relaxing space. Therefore, there is no maid service during your stay. In addition, you must bring your own towels and sheets. We are pet-friendly.
