We just ask that you leave the apartment clean and tidy, as it was when you arrived. All household equipment and cleaning products are provided. If not, a cleaning fee of €30 per hour may be charged. Any damaged or missing items or equipment will be charged at the purchase price. Guest access The apartment has a key box. The code will be sent to you shortly before your arrival. Other things to note Ideally located near Lake Serre-Ponçon, offering many supervised beaches and access to all water sports. The ski area also offers: a mountain restaurant, ski school, La Ripa sledging run, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... In summer, the chairlifts give you access to the equipped mountain bike trails (green, blue, red and black) and also welcome hikers.
