Ideally located in one of France's Little Cities of Character®, the accommodation is 35 minutes from Troyes and its factory shops, 30 minutes from Chablis and Auxerre, and close to the Pays d'Othe and the champagne cellars of Les Riceys. The village of Ervy-le-Châtel, rich in its medieval past, has a remarkable heritage including three Historical Monuments: the Porte Saint-Nicolas, the circular hall and the church of Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens. The space Enjoy a beautiful charming apartment of 165 m², spacious and comfortable, offering an unobstructed view of a large wooded park of 1,000 m², in a quiet and secure environment, in the heart of the village of Ervy-le-Châtel. This house is family-friendly; festive evenings are forbidden. Respect for the neighborhood required: quiet hours (12pm-2pm and 8pm-8pm) WiFi and ethernet outlets in all rooms (Fiber). Listing capacity: 7 adults + 1 children/teenagers + 1 young child (0-3 years old) + 1 infant (0-2 years). The private apartment is accessible via stairs and consists of: * A master suite (38m² , bed 160cm ) with en suite bathroom and toilet + an umbrella bed * A second large bedroom (20m², bed 140 cm) + dressing room * A third bedroom (11m², bed 140 cm ) * A fourth bedroom (9m²) - two single beds 90x190 cm - a wooden bed with bars 70x130 cm - a child barrier * An office space attached to the living room + a playpen + high chair * Bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine, dryer + a changing table and a built-in baby bathtub + a child pot * A fully equipped kitchen (14 m², refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (Original Line capsules), filter coffee machine, toaster, blender) * A living-dining room with sofas, armchair, TV (50m²) * Extra toilet * Ironing board and iron available * Free access to the 1000m2 wooded park. The whole property is fully walled. Enjoy the terrace (25m²) to have your meal in the shade. Weber charcoal grill (Please restock the amount of charcoal you use). Games available (Molkky, pétanque, badminton, etc...). Sheets and towels are provided (1 large and 1 small towel per adult; 1 small towel per child). Charges are included. Cleaning is extra fee. Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €30 per pet. Looking forward to welcoming you. Guest access Guests have the entire first floor of this charming house, as well as a 1,000m2 secure garden. Private access through the garden is reserved for them. The garden is exclusively available to guests for the duration of their stay. Shading devices (blinds) are installed to ensure the privacy of guests and the medical office located on the ground floor. The use of the garden is independent of the professional activity and does not affect its operation or the privacy of guests, each of the parties benefiting from confidentiality and tranquility.
