Ideally located in a Petite Cité de Caractère®, the property is 35 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlet stores, 30 minutes from Chablis and Auxerre, and close to the Pays d’Othe and the Les Riceys champagne cellars. The village of Ervy-le-Châtel, steeped in its medieval past, boasts a remarkable heritage, including three Historic Monuments: the Porte Saint-Nicolas, the circular market hall, and the Église Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens. A guide to recommended places will be provided after booking. The space Enjoy a quiet stay in this charming house located in the heart of Ervy-le-Châtel, in Champagne. Spacious, comfortable and completely independent, the 165 m² accommodation occupies the entire first floor of the house. It offers beautiful volumes, unobstructed views of a large wooded park, and an ideal setting for gatherings with family, friends, or for a nearby event. The house is ideal for family stays: it comfortably accommodates up to 7 adult guests, with an additional bed suitable for a child or teenager. Two babies can also be accommodated thanks to the crib with bars and the travel cot provided. A second portable crib can be added upon request. There is also a lot of equipment for the little ones: playpen, high chair, changing table, baby bath, potty, and baby gate. Outside, you will enjoy a 1,000 m² enclosed and secure garden, which is completely private for the duration of the stay. A furnished terrace, Lafuma deck chairs, a Weber barbecue and outdoor games allow everyone to enjoy the place, whether for lunch outside, relaxation or letting the children play in peace. Located just a few minutes from Domaine du Moulin Blanc, the accommodation is also very popular for weddings. It allows guests to fully enjoy the party without worrying about the return trip. Check-out is possible until 2 pm, so you can end your stay stress-free. In order to preserve the calm of the place and the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, evening parties are not allowed. We simply ask guests to avoid noise pollution in the evening and during rest periods. The property is fully walled, allowing children to enjoy the outdoors safely. You can also enjoy a 25 m² terrace for dining in the shade, Lafuma deckchairs for relaxing, as well as outdoor games available: Mölkky, pétanque, badminton, etc. A Weber charcoal barbeque is available. We would simply appreciate it if you could replenish the charcoal used. PRACTICAL INFORMATION The accommodation has high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, as well as Ethernet sockets in the main rooms. Sheets and bath linens are provided: one large and one small towel per adult, one small towel per child. Utilities are included. The end-of-stay cleaning can be selected when booking, via the cleaning fee displayed by Airbnb. Pets are allowed with a supplement of €30 per pet. Looking forward to welcoming you. Guest access Guests have the entire first floor of this charming house, with completely independent access through the garden. For the duration of the stay, the 1,000 m² enclosed garden is fully privatized for guests. The ground floor houses an independent professional business, which is closed on Wednesdays and weekends, with some exceptions. The entrances are separate, and the outdoor spaces are separated in order to fully preserve everyone's privacy. Everything has been thought out to ensure calm, independence and tranquility, both in the accommodation and in the outdoor areas.
