The accommodation is rented in its entirety. 10 minutes from the entrances of the A7 and A9 highways, it is very easy to spend a few hours at the beach. 1 hour from Marseille 25 min from Avignon 10 min from Orange The space Our house has one floor. you will find: - On the ground floor; kitchen, air-conditioned living room with large open fireplace, independent toilet, dining room, laundry/pantry, a master suite with 180 × 200 cm bed with its own bathroom and its own toilet, large dressing room (suite equipped with air conditioning), another master suite (160 × 200 cm bed) with integrated bathroom - Upstairs; one bedroom with double bed 140 × 200 cm, one bedroom with single bed 90 × 200 cm, one bedroom with single bed 90 × 200 cm (an extra mattress is available) open to another bedroom with sofa bed 140 × 200 cm, as well as a 3rd bathroom equipped with toilet. Air conditioning is installed on the landing of the floor, equipped with a large library for readers! Board games and toys are available for great times! For the convenience of our guests, the beds will be made upon arrival and towels are included!!! You will have to bring your beach towels!! Guest access The place is fully available. Enclosed land of 4000 m2. A cottage under renovation is on the grounds. Currently unavailable, it will accommodate 4 to 6 additional people later. A gas barbecue is available for your use. A large trampoline will delight the youngest! A zip line is also there for great fun! Other things to note Our house is in the heart of the protected Uchaux massif, lovers of mountain biking, hiking, running, trail, you will enjoy yourself!!!!! Of course, fires are forbidden, our nature is to be protected! Our little cat will be yours! It would be nice to think about putting water and kibble for him!!! Parties are forbidden.
