Other things to note Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. I’m addition to the rolling A/C unit, we have provided a fan for the bedroom. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds due to weather. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines. Lastly, please note the bedroom does not have a door on it.
