You'll love this charming house. Located in a very popular area, this fully renovated shop, with a small garden, will allow you to walk to discover the wonderful city of La Rochelle. You will be about a ten-minute walk to the central market, about fifteen minutes to the port and its legendary towers... Everything is done to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The place is rated 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme. The space This is a 100m2 stall that can accommodate up to 7 people, not to mention our four-legged friends who will be welcome. A large 45 m² living room with a 4K TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (17 cm thick mattress, 160 cm wide for greater comfort). An adjoining kitchen bathed in light overlooking the backyard. It is fully equipped, built-in oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the small appliances needed ( Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine) A utility room that includes a washing machine (a clothes airer, ironing board and iron, as well as a garment steamer are included), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a small bedroom with a single bed (90 *190) and storage cabinets. A slightly larger bedroom with bunkbeds and storage closets. The master bedroom includes a 160*200 bed, storage closets. Finally, the bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity , towel radiator and storage (plus a hair dryer, bandages and disinfectant) All linens are provided: bed sheets, towels, kitchen sets and dish towels. This set is completed by a charming little garden with an extendable table where you can have breakfast away from prying eyes, a large umbrella and of course a plancha to taste tasty shrimps or an incredible rib of beef according to your desires. Note: The accommodation is not accessible to people with disabilities. It is a non-smoking space. There is no dedicated parking space but parking is without problem on a small street just across the street. It's free. All the equipment needed for a baby (bathtub, highchair, baby bed) is available. No parties or evenings, however, family events are possible as long as the tranquility of the neighborhood is respected, especially after 11pm. Guest access The entire property is accessible, except the cellar. It is not wheelchair accessible Other things to note Two baby cots are available in the accommodation, as well as two high chairs, a changing mat, a baby bathtub and dishes suitable for our youngest guests.
