Basement apartment in a quiet location (field edge / turning hammer). Best for 1-2 persons. Children are very welcome. We also live in the building and will be happy to help you if needed. We look forward to seeing you! The space The apartment offers a separate entrance, a spacious living/bedroom, a kitchen with seating and a bathroom with shower and toilet. For longer stays, a washing machine is available in the adjacent storage room. Outside, there is a fully covered terrace with a table and seating. In the immediate vicinity of the entrance you can park your car for free directly on the property. Guest access You have the entire basement (Souterrain) all to yourselves. Other things to note Travelers with children will find a huge public children's playground about 100 meters away. On our property there is a children's swing, a slide and a sandbox. The location to the field is great for walks or jogging / cycling.
