Unwind in our Cozy A-frame Cabin located just .6 miles to the center of town. Nestled in the trees of a quiet neighborhood our cabin offers the perfect place for a family vacation, couples getaway or a solo trip! Please review all details of our listing prior to booking! The space Our two bedroom cabin features hotel style queen beds, smart tv's in each bedroom, and room darkening curtains ensuring a great nights sleep. The bathroom is equipped with starter essentials and towels for your stay. The open concept living/dining area provides all the feels of home. We have basic cable and smart tv in the living space. In addition the living space has a twin pullout couch. Enjoying grilling your favorite meal on the outdoor grill or make a home cooked meal in our fully stocked kitchen that has everything you may need for your stay. However the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Stay connected with high speed internet. In home washer and dryer located in the bathroom. Our outdoor living space is great for playing board games under the stars, making smores while sitting around the firepit or enjoying a good book among the trees in our hammock. Escape the hustle and bustle and make some unforgettable memories. Bring your bikes to explore the town and beaches. We offer beach chairs, toys, beach umbrella and sand toys for our guests. Our home is family friendly, we offer children's books and games, as well as, beach toys. But the house is not child proof! please remember this when booking. We have decided to share our home with guests and we ask that all guests remember that this is also our home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and we hope our guests respect the peace and quiet the home offers. We DO NOT allow parties or any additional guests. We ask that all potential renters review our entire listing and review our house rules prior to booking. We take pride in the care and cleanliness of our properties. Please reach out if you have any questions. The signed rental agreement and proof of identification of renters is due 7 days prior to check in, no exceptions. Guest access We offer keyless entry. The code is not sent to the renter until the morning of Check in! Other things to note -Age required to make reservation is over 25 -Absolutely, NO Parties -Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. -Only two parking spaces are available -No additional guests allowed -There is no dishwasher -We ask guests to stripe beds of sheets and put used towels in the laundry baskets provided -We ask guests to not leave a sink full of dishes when checking out -We ask guests to bring trash to barrels before check out
