This chalet is an ideal retreat for couples or small families looking for a peaceful escape. ✦ First Floor: The first floor is divided into three sections: • Living Room: A cozy space to relax and unwind, with air conditioning and plenty of natural light and fresh air. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas stove and oven, fridge, and everything you need for your culinary needs. • Full Bathroom: Recently renovated, it features a hot water shower and toilet. ✦ Second Floor: The second floor is a spacious, rustic open wooden loft with an A-frame structure. It features: • Beautiful Wooden Ceilings and Hardwood Floors. • Large Windows with Mosquito Nets: Ensures plenty of natural light and fresh air. • Ceiling Fans: Keeps the space cool and comfortable. • Sleeping Arrangements: Includes a queen-size bed and two twin beds. • Optional Wooden Screen: Can be used to divide the space into two areas for added privacy, though it cannot be fully separated. ✦ Additional Amenities: • Washing Machine: Conveniently available on-site. • Outdoor BBQ Area: Perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. • Green vistas: The house gazes upon a vast land restoration project, now a wildlife sanctuary. Guest access Guests have access to the rear section of the property, extending up to the bushes that separate the area from the other guest house at the front. They are welcome to use the entire house and the front area, which includes a BBQ setup. Other things to note ✦ If you need to accommodate more than 4 people, there is another guest house on the same property with another 3 beds (sleeps 4) and kitchen and bathroom. Please refer to our listings or send us a message for more information. ✦ The house is situated at the back of a large fenced property shared only with the main house, our Casa Verde Norouz in the front. The houses do not share any amenities or areas except for the main gate, and each house has its own private parking space and garden area, subtly delimited by bushes, to ensure privacy for all guests. ✦ We respect your privacy and do not use security cameras inside the house. There are two exterior cameras visible in the driveway and backyard, which are not directed at areas where there is a higher expectation of privacy, and are only there for security purposes. upstairs portable AC is provided for sleeping time only and it is best to shut it down during the day., otherwise will not operate properly.
