In the center of the village of Fontaines Saint Martin, 15 minutes from Lyon and 10 minutes from the A46, I offer this 60 m2 apartment with independent entrance in a green setting with a quiet 35 m2 outdoor terrace. The cottage has 4 beds including one bedroom with double bed of 160 x 200 and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays. The space Enjoy a quiet and green stay 2 steps from Lyon. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large house with a totally independent entrance and not overlooked. During your stay you will enjoy a large living room of 40 m2 that opens directly to a wooden terrace through 3 window doors. Parking is easy and free 20m from the apartment, and you are close to shops (bakery, grocery store, tobacconist press, pharmacy etc.). For electric vehicles, you have 2 charging stations 150 meters from the accommodation. Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information. Guest access access to the accommodation can be done by reception according to the arrival time or by key box independently. Other things to note I do not charge a cleaning fee to have accessible rates. However, I ask that you do the cleaning at the end of your stay. If you have an animal, you have in the outdoor trunk enough to pass the stone greenhouse. If you wish or if you don't have time to do the cleaning, I offer a package for 50 euros.
