TeRito Lagoon Villas - Deluxe Beach Unit

The Deluxe Beach Unit an absolute beachfront property that is located in the district of Titikaveka on the Southside of Rarotonga. This modern Beach Villa (built June 2017) is one of four villas on the property and is ideal for couples only. Snorkelling gear and a double kayak is available for use. Prepaid WiFi hotspot available. Own covered carport for parking. This particular one has an open plan lounge and kitchen with large french doors that open out onto a covered deck giving you panoramic views of lush palm trees and the glorious pristine lagoon… the perfect place for outdoor dining with a glass of vino or two. The lounge has a comfortable 2-seater, TV, a stereo with USB port and Bluetooth. There is also a phone with free local calls and prepaid WIFI hotspot. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge/freezer, microwave and a cooktop (no oven in this unit), and there is use of a bbq. The bedroom at the rear end of the Villa has a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a wall fan and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The back door leads to a fully covered carport and laundry. All linen and towels are provided for during your stay. Across the road is a convenient store, petrol station and a gym. There are couple of cafes and restaurants within walking distance also. The amazing thing about staying at TeRito Lagoon Villas is the stretch of whitesand beaches, crystal blue waters of the south side and an excellent spot for snorkeling. And around August/September when whales are in our shores, they have been spotted beyond the reef. All windows have insect screens. **there is no air con, however there is a ceiling fan in the lounge and a wall fan in the bedroom. We live in our family home in the village of Tupapa, which is close to the main town of Avarua. Our home is about 20 minutes away from the deluxe beach unit. My husband George and I both work full time jobs Monday to Friday 8-4pm, however we will always be available to answer or help with any matters relating to your stay in our place. Public bus- you can wave the bus down anywhere on the main road. There are two buses that run, clockwise and anti-clockwise around the island. Clockwise bus departs Avarua town and will reach TeRito Lagoon Villas approx 15-20mins past the hour. Monday to Saturday 7am - 11pm. Anti-clockwise bus departs Avarua town at 30mins past the hour and will reach TeRito Lagoon Villas approx 50mins past the hour. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. Saturdays from 8.30am to 1.30pm Sunday schedule- 8am to midday and from 2pm to 4pm. There are no Sunday anti-clockwise or night buses. Car, scooter or electric bike/push bike rentals- There is a rental place for car hire etc within walking distance of the unit. Approx 20meters on main road. There are 3 other villas on this property.
