The space The Remington House is our personal home that we completely reimagined and renovated. Our home is decorated with a mixture of modern furnishings and numerous vintage pieces that have been curated locally. We love this space and are delighted to share it with others while we're away! This house is large with a cozy couch in the living room and is true open concept living. You'll find smart locks, a smart thermostat, Amazon Alexa, and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. On the first story, the main living space leads right into the dining room, which gives way to the kitchen and then the outdoor patio. On the second story, the first bedroom boasts a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large rainfall shower. The second bedroom is larger with a king-size bed and a full bathroom right off the room. The king and queen beds have comfortable, memory foam mattresses, cozy comforters, and soft sheets. The chef's kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The internet runs on the Xfinity home wifi system, with fast and reliable connection throughout the home. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement for guests to use. Free street parking is available on our street and around the neighborhood. If arriving later in the evening, parking can be difficult to find. Being a row house, our neighbors are just on the other side of the walls and we have 9pm-9am quiet hours policy to ensure we are respectful of the community.
