Edinburgh - room with a view. Superb location

A beautiful room with bay windows and a wonderful view of Bruntsfield Links. Double sofa-bed, another huge sofa to lounge on, a desk for doing computer work if needed. The Fantastic location with very frequent buses into the centre. You can also enjoy a beautiful walk across the meadows and be in town in 25 minutes on foot. Excellent location for festival goers as lots of venues are within 10 -30 minute walk from the flat. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. The space There are two of us at the flat. A university lecturer and a therapist. We have quite busy professional lives and appreciate chilled quiet times at home. We might only be able to offer limited contact with guests, but will oblige answering all questions you might have. Guest access You’ll be able to access the kitchen for teas, coffees and breakfast (we provide eggs, bread, butter, jam, milk and cereal/porridge plus fruit, but we don’t make your breakfast ) Other things to note Please note, there is no wardrobe in the room. The windows come onto quite a busy road and some guests report being disturbed by the sound of the street. The flat is on third floor, so quite a bit above the street level, still it is something for you to consider if you prefer a very quiet sleeping environment. The bedroom door does not have a lock. It's an old flat and the floors are a bit worn and squeaky in places.
