On the first floor, you'll find a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a large sofa and a Netflix Tv for your movie nights. From this space, you can access the beautiful flowered garden divided into two areas: a covered terrace with a garden furniture, a table to enjoy your breakfasts in the morning and a garden with a chair for your sunbathing. The garden area invites you to relax and you will have great pleasure to read and rest in this green setting. On the second floor, you will reach the large and bright bedroom with air conditioning and television. A large sliding closet will allow you to store your personal effects. The bathroom is composed of a shower, a toilet and a double sink. A separate toilet is also located on the second floor as well as a laundry room with a washing machine at your disposal.
