The space Together with my father Jean and my sister Aurore, we decided to build a new villa on the site of our former family vacation home, where we spent wonderful summers enjoying the proximity to the sea, the sunshine, and the tranquility of Carnon. The villa is ideal for 8 people and has a total of 12 beds (including 4 extra beds) as well as 2 cribs. It is designed to accommodate families or friends who want to enjoy a villa close to the beach. We aimed to renovate this house to provide greater comfort, including: - 4 master bedrooms with large beds, en-suite bathrooms, toilets, and air conditioning in each one - In 2 of the master bedrooms, we’ve included additional sleeping areas with two elevated extra beds each (suitable for older children, teenagers, or adults, accessible via a ladder) - A Balinese-style pool for added tranquility and privacy - An outdoor lounge area with a plancha grill for enjoying outdoor meals - 3 parking spaces (a garage, a private parking space, and a reserved spot on the street) - An open-plan kitchen for convivial moments - A laundry room for added independence - Wi-Fi - Air conditioning in all rooms for maximum comfort If you have any questions, feel free to reach out for more information or suggestions.
