The space One ACTIVE & RECORDING 24/7 security doorbell/cameras are installed at the entrance for your safety and security concerns. There are NO cameras or listening devices installed inside the house. The room features a private bath, 1 queen size bed, desk & chair, wardrobe, mini fridge and 60in TV. Bookings beyond 28 days are subjected to cleaning by the guest once every 14 days. Optional cleaning service may be scheduled for $40 per service before the arrival date. A starter essentials kit, such as towels, linens, shampoo, body wash is included on every booking. We welcome deer, squirrels, birds and all kind of nature animals in our yard. Some tree logs are located in both frontyard and backyard. Please be mindful while walking through the path to the basement entrance located at the back of the property. Guest access Guest will have access to common areas such as kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry area. Plenty off-street parkings available along the property. During your stay I currently live upstairs and might travel from time to time, but will always respect your privacy, and will be there to help if you have any questions. Other things to note Due to the nature of the room being in the basement, some ambient noise throughout the day is inevitable. Our family are blessed with a newborn last year, so we would really appreciate guests follow the quiet hours starting from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Other (2) tenants sharing the common spaces are currently male and could potentially be of different gender from changes in occupancy. We ask our guests be courteous and respectful to others within the space, clean up after him/herself and wear a pair of indoor shoes or slippers while inside the unit. Room/Bath cleaning is mandatory for stays over 2 weeks (14 days). Guests may opt for self clean and send photos or a cleaning service can be arranged for $80/visit.
