Warm up with some hot cocoa around the firepit or enjoy a winter BBQ on the deck. Try your luck at the casino or spend a day at the indoor water park. Your entire group will feel right at home in this comfortable lakefront house with a hot tub, sauna, firepit, & lake in the backyard. The space New listing, recently renovated, come check it out! Enjoy some quality time with friends and family at this spacious lakefront house. With over 2,600sf spread between two levels, there is space for everyone. Amenities include a theater room, game room, hot tub, sauna, two decks, dock, basketball hoop, ping pong table, and playground. The dock is out seasonally (typically May-October) but the lake is accessible year-round. With 6 spacious bedrooms and 11 total beds, the house can easily accommodate 16+ guests. Make this house your home base while you explore everything that the Catskills has to offer. No need to pack up your entire house- we provide clean towels, linen, and basic kitchen necessities as well as soap, shampoo, and a washer/dryer. We have Smart TV’s so that you can watch all your shows, and a variety of books and games. Add to that a game room and theater. We offer excellent Wi-Fi and multiple laptop friendly workspaces, plus a dedicated office desk. The house is located on beautiful Sackett Lake, a 124-acre, private motorboat lake. It offers over half an acre of property and 50’ of private waterfront. There is a long driveway with room for plenty of vehicles. The main level has a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room with seating for 10, and a living room with multiple couches, an electric fireplace and 55” smart TV. The sunroom is a great spot to relax and catch up with friends while overlooking the lake. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed. The second bedroom is great for kids with two bunk beds and a trundle bed. The third room has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The lower level has an additional full kitchen with seating for six. The game room has a pool table and retro video games. There is a large theater with six reclining chairs, bean bag chairs, a drink fridge, and popcorn machine. This floor has an additional three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed an en-suite bathroom. For your convenience, we have an infant bathtub, pack-n-play, & highchair available at the house at all times. House-trained pets are allowed with an extra $50 cleaning fee per stay. We strive to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We have a local caretaker in case anything is needed. We always listen to suggestions to keep improving the house and the supplies that we offer. Our guidebook offers recommendations for local restaurants, activities and attractions. We look forward to hosting your getaway! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except for a few locked closets. You may also use the entire property. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not trespass onto their properties or make loud noise late at night. Other things to note Easy check in/out procedure. Please note that we use Truvi for professional guest verification and additional insurance - there may be a minimal $35 additional charge, depending on the options that you choose as part of the on-boarding.
